You can actually do everything my plugin does manually, it just takes a bit of time. Perhaps if there is interest in it I'll have to start writing some posts on the tips I have learned to make adsense perform better. I am doing quite well with AdSense lately, but that could be because I changed my whole approach to it. Plus I had my new plug in running for a while and it made a huge increase in my adsense earnings. But then again it could just be coincidence.
